I said farewell to my little HP touchsmart tx2 last month when I switched my loyalties to another. It saw me through two years of college, so I figured I owed it a little ode and tribute.

It was one of those cool tablet laptops that you can draw on the screen of. I was convinced I’d use it to doodle and make amazing paintings in photoshop and take notes in class, but it turned out to be a little bulky, a little slow, and way too hot and loud. I turned out to be much too lazy as well.

I first tried listing it on eBay, which I probably will never do for anything again. I knew about Nigerian email scams, but apparently they apply to sales of electronics, too. I ended up listing it on Amazon, where it lives now with a nice boy from Pennsylvania.
