So adorable! I especially love the glasses, tie, and shirt (pretty much the whole thing…). And the photo on the bottom left is extremely cute.

I think it’s Build-a-Bear– gotta have the catchy alliteration, dude. In any case, yes, handmade presents are the best for sure, and your little guy there is infinitely cuter than any bland mall “creations”.
