I'm fond of A-line bobs with steep negative derivatives between the back and the front. (Sorry, I've been doing calculus homework too long...)
I got my hair cut/trimmed this weekend. The back was getting really long, so I wanted to get that cut back, but I opted to keep the front the same. I also got some bangs, though the lady wouldn’t cut or make them as thick as I wanted her to. She said it would look ugly, so I didn’t complain right now. Besides, it was only setting me back $20 for something that I liked. And compared with the $55 I paid for the original chop last year, it was good.
So I’ve figured out how to keep a decent budget when it comes to getting cuts.
- When you want a really new/different look, go to an American salon with fancy pampering service and stylists who don’t know how to shut up. At this time, it is a good thing, because they ask your opinion on EVERYTHING and for the most part. They also cost a lot.
- Then, when you’re getting a trim/slightly altering the look or getting bangs (if you’re Asian), run to the nearest Asian salon. They don’t shampoo your hair and they don’t talk and they barely gauge what you want done, but they get it done quick and they don’t charge much for it.
Yep. Now let’s see if I can actually stick to my resolution of growing my hair out. Heh. Can you believe that once upon a time my hair could acutally touch my ass? Oh the by-gone glory days.
my haircut was that exact same thing but mine has grown out and i straighten the front so that it doesn’t bend forward but when im lazy it looks just like that. but now that its grown its AWKWARD. haha
but i dont trust anyone with my hair but myself. i’ve been cutting my own hair for four years now

I tried to get that done with my hair but the woman totally fucked it up. So I either need to forget it or find someone who knows what they’re doing. LOL
